This study addresses the viability and benefits of reduced irrigation applications during the time of early fruit ripening of processing tomatoes grown under Sub-surface Drip Irrigation (SDI). The impact of short-time reduced irrigation on processing tomatoes has many benefits like the quality of production and ease of processing, the conservation of water and energy, and labor saving.
